Quick and Easy Guacamole Dip Recipe

GUACAMOLE
An authentic, fresh and traditional guacamole dip recipe.

I N G R E D I E N T S:
2 or 3 avacados (ripe but not mushy)
1/2 cup of your favorite salsa (or the one at iShopSouthwest)
2 tablespoons lemon juice

I N S T R U C T I O N S
Peel and pit avacados. Mash with a fork or potato masher to desired smoothness (a few small lumps is fine). Mix in salsa and lemon juice. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

Hint: Guacamole is best when fresh, so prepare the day of use if possible. It will however, keep for several days in the refrigerator.
